Very basic components but extremely delicious. The kababs are fried in super fluffy beaten eggs and had a nicely textured ring of eggs around it.
Very basic bun but the magic ingredient is the chutney. Apparently the ingredients were imli, pudina, hari mirch and Bohat ziada saaf paani 🙂.
The guy at the cash counter was courteous enough not to charge me anything after I told him I came from Lahore. ‘Aap humaray mehmaan hain’ 😊
